Reflection

 As an educator someday, we should let our students collaborate with other students, because the students who are comfortable working by group, give those students a time to shine, let their ideas explode, let their voice heard and let them feel the acceptance through group works.
Collaborative or Cooperative Learning is a learning process that a group of student are intended to learn something as a whole and to acquire different knowledge from different individual. They collaborate or cooperate for one another for a common learn task. In order to accept to be a collaborative learning, group of individuals should have a common goal, each member should support one another, there should be an interaction between every member of the group, one’s idea should be accepted and they should give inputs to provide outputs. Am I an effective teacher, for me it is the first question came in every teacher’s mind after teaching their students. I can say that the teacher is effective when their students become a successful individual someday, being a successful person is one way of showing that our teacher inspires and motivates us when we are handling by them, and it means that we believe in their every words.
